Karlton Company, Inc. is a privately owned real estate investment and management company dedicated to the acquisition and effective stewardship of quality income producing commercial properties consisting mainly of office buildings, but including also industrial properties, retail centers and residential rental properties suitable for conversion to condominium. With headquarters in Greenwich, Connecticut, J.S. Karlton consists of 35 full time employees including senior management and support personnel. The Company operates nationwide and, through its subsidiary, Continental Asset Management, retains management responsibility for all the properties in which it invests in the belief that being both owner and manager of each property is among the most important ingredients in building, enhancing and maintaining property values.
